SHIPPING POLICY

KROMANOX ships orders according to product type, production requirements, destination, and the shipping method available at checkout.
Please review this Shipping Policy together with the applicable product page, our Return and Refund Policy, and our Terms of Service before placing an order.
ORDER PROCESSING
In-stock orders are generally processed and prepared for shipment within 2–3 business days after an order is placed.
Processing time includes order verification, preparation, packaging, and fulfillment. It is separate from carrier transit time.
Standard and Express shipping are subject to the same processing timeframe. Selecting Express shipping does not expedite order processing.
Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays.
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped together or separately depending on product availability, production status, packaging requirements, or other fulfillment considerations.
Tracking information will be provided when available once an order has been dispatched.
MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Certain KROMANOX products are made to order and begin production only after an order has been placed.
The estimated production or lead time displayed on the applicable product page refers to the period required to produce and prepare the item before shipment. It does not include carrier transit time.
Made-to-order production timelines are separate from carrier transit times and are not subject to the standard 2–3 business day processing timeframe for in-stock products.
Made-to-order products may involve individual material sourcing, hand construction, reconstruction, braiding, assembly, finishing, or other labor-intensive processes. Production timelines therefore vary by product.
Express shipping, when available, applies only to carrier transit and does not shorten the production period.
Estimated production timelines represent our good-faith estimates based on the information reasonably available at the time of purchase.
If we determine that we cannot ship an order within the applicable promised timeframe, we will provide any notice, revised shipment information, opportunity to consent to a delay, cancellation option, or refund required by applicable law.

SHIPPING RATES
For U.S. orders, KROMANOX offers $9 flat-rate standard shipping.
Complimentary standard shipping is available on U.S. orders of $150 or more.
The complimentary shipping threshold is based on the qualifying merchandise subtotal after discounts and before taxes, duties, and shipping charges.
Expedited shipping options, when available, are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Certain high-value or made-to-order purchases may include complimentary insured shipping and may require signature confirmation or other delivery safeguards.
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package requirements, and the available carrier service.
Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, international shipping charges do not include customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or applicable authorities.
SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout based on the destination and products in your order.
Delivery estimates begin after the order has shipped and do not include processing or made-to-order production time.
Standard and Express shipping refer to the transportation service selected, not the speed of order preparation or production.
Once an order has been transferred to the applicable carrier, delivery estimates provided by KROMANOX, Shopify, or the carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

carrier disruptions or delays;

weather conditions;

transportation disruptions;

customs processing;
-
governmental actions;
-
holidays or unusually high carrier volume;

incorrect or incomplete shipping information; or

other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
Available shipping destinations are shown at checkout.
If a shipping option is not available for your destination during checkout, KROMANOX may not currently ship to that location.
Shipping availability may change based on carrier availability, customs restrictions, product characteristics, legal requirements, or other operational considerations.
HIGH-VALUE ORDERS
Certain high-value orders may require additional shipping safeguards.
Depending on the order, KROMANOX may require or use:

signature confirmation;

delivery verification;
-
declared-value coverage or shipping insurance;
-
identity or address verification; or
-
other reasonable safeguards intended to protect the shipment.
Certain qualifying high-value or made-to-order orders may receive complimentary insured shipping.
Where signature confirmation is required, an eligible recipient may need to be available at the delivery address to receive and sign for the shipment.
Failure to complete a required delivery or signature may result in additional delivery attempts, carrier pickup requirements, return to sender, or other action determined by the carrier.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping availability is determined by the destination options available at checkout.
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, shipment requirements, and available carrier services.
International shipments may be subject to:

customs duties;

import taxes;

VAT;
-
brokerage fees;

handling charges; or
-
other fees imposed by the destination country, customs authority, carrier, or another third party.
For international orders, import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
KROMANOX does not control customs assessments and cannot guarantee the amount of duties, taxes, or other fees that may be imposed.
Customs processing may also affect delivery timing.
Customers are responsible for complying with applicable import requirements in the destination country.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information when placing an order.
Please carefully review:

any other information necessary for successful delivery.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment has begun or after a shipment has been transferred to the carrier.
Where permitted by applicable law, additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer may be the customer's responsibility.
UNDELIVERABLE OR RETURNED PACKAGES
A package may be returned to KROMANOX because of circumstances including:

an incorrect or incomplete address;

failed delivery attempts;

failure to collect the shipment;
-
refusal of delivery; or
-
carrier or customs requirements.
If a package is returned to KROMANOX, we will review the circumstances and may contact you regarding available next steps.
Where permitted by applicable law and appropriate under the circumstances, additional shipping charges may apply if reshipment is requested.
If an order is returned because of an error attributable to KROMANOX, we will provide an appropriate resolution.
LOST, MISSING, OR MATERIALLY DELAYED SHIPMENTS
If a shipment appears lost, missing, or materially delayed, contact:

Where appropriate, KROMANOX may initiate or assist with a carrier investigation or shipping claim.
A shipment reported as missing is not automatically considered lost.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may allow the carrier a reasonable period to investigate or complete delivery before determining the appropriate resolution.
If a shipment is confirmed lost before delivery, KROMANOX will provide any remedy required by applicable law and may, depending on the circumstances, provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.
PACKAGES MARKED AS DELIVERED
If carrier tracking indicates that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, contact us as soon as reasonably possible at:
Before resolving a claim, we may ask you to:

confirm the shipping address;

check the delivery location;
-
check with household members;
-
check with building management, concierge, or mailroom personnel;

check with nearby neighbors where appropriate; or
-
contact the carrier.
We may also review available delivery evidence, including tracking information, delivery scans, delivery photographs, GPS information, or signature confirmation where provided by the carrier.
Carrier delivery confirmation is relevant evidence but does not automatically determine the responsibility of either party in every circumstance.
Each claim will be reviewed based on the available information, the applicable shipping arrangement, and applicable law.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If an item appears to have been damaged during shipment, contact:

Please retain the item, original packaging, shipping carton, shipping label, and packing materials until the issue has been reviewed.
We may request:

photographs of the exterior packaging;

photographs of the shipping label;

photographs of the affected item;

photographs of internal packaging materials; or
-
other information reasonably necessary to investigate the shipment.
This information may be required for a carrier or shipping-insurance claim.
Damage occurring during shipment is distinct from natural variations inherent in certain handmade, reclaimed, vintage, pre-owned, or individually sourced materials as described on applicable KROMANOX product pages.

Final-sale or made-to-order status does not eliminate any remedy required by applicable law.
PRODUCTION OR SHIPPING DELAYS
We make reasonable efforts to ship orders within the timeframe communicated at the time of purchase.
If we determine that we cannot ship an order within the applicable promised timeframe, we will notify the customer and provide any revised shipment information, delay-consent option, cancellation option, or refund required by applicable law.
Carrier delays occurring after an order has shipped may be outside KROMANOX's direct control, but we may assist with carrier inquiries where appropriate.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Return eligibility, return windows, made-to-order exclusions, return shipping fees, inspections, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy:

Please review that policy before initiating or sending any return.
Do not send merchandise to a KROMANOX business or mailing address unless specifically instructed to do so as part of an authorized return.
Where applicable, approved return instructions and a designated return shipping label will be provided after return authorization.
RISK OF LOSS
Risk of loss for shipped merchandise will be determined in accordance with applicable law and any shipping terms disclosed at the time of purchase.
Nothing in this Shipping Policy is intended to waive or limit any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.
CHANGES TO THIS SHIPPING POLICY
KROMANOX may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes in fulfillment practices, shipping methods, carriers, destinations, rates, or applicable requirements.
The terms applicable to an order will be interpreted together with the product information, shipping terms, and policies presented at the time the order was placed, subject to applicable law.
